Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, join us for a Mat class on Saturday, September 10th @ 9am
Come experience this amazing style of exercise. You will leave feeling taller, stronger, refreshed and relaxed 😌
This class will be taught by Maureen Wilde and Julianne Roseman who are experienced Pilates instructors as well as Kung Fu Masters.
Please bring a towel to lay on or your own exercise/yoga style mat. He cost is $15.00 and class will last for 45mins
